Makerspace Inductions

We can’t wait to make with you! Please follow the steps below to use our spaces:

Step 1 - Online induction video and quiz

Please complete the online induction video and quiz by clicking the button below. It covers important safety information you'll need to know to use our spaces.

Video Induction and Quiz

The quiz may take 40 minutes to complete. If you're unable to complete the quiz online, please book in for an in person orientation below and arrive at least an hour early to complete it at the library.

Step 2 - In-person safety orientation

Sign up for an in-person orientation at your preferred space using the buttons below (make sure you're a member of the library or sign up). We'll take you through the space and cover important site specific safety information and housekeeping.

Step 3 - Start making!

Once you've completed both your induction video and quiz and your safety orientation, you're ready to use the Makerspace. If you'd like to visit a new Makerspace location, you'll need to book in for an in-person safety orientation for that space. You don't need to do the induction video and quiz again.
